Terms & Conditions extract:

1. Multiple entries will be counted as one entry.
2. Winner and his/her mother must accept and agree to the terms and conditions of the Prize and sign a consent and release form by 26 May 2023 or by such other date as may be determined solely by the Organiser, failing which, the winner and his/her mother will be deemed to have relinquished their entitlement to the Prize. In such an event, the Organiser is entitled at its sole discretion to select another participant as the winner of this Event without any notice and liability, and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained under any circumstances.
3. The winning mother-and-child duo will have to undergo the Ultherapy® treatment (which is the prize of this event) and participate in photo and/or video shoot together with his/her mother in relation to their Ultherapy® treatment journey between 29 May 2023 – 1 June 2023, for publicity, marketing and/or promotional purposes, in the event the participant is selected as the winner of this Event. The photo and/or video shoot will be arranged by the Organiser.
4. MERZ can use the Winner’s and Winner’s Mother’s photographs, videos, social media posts, images and recordings, including their footage, in the production of advertisements in accordance with the terms stated in the full list of Terms and Conditions and in any manner it deems fit for a period of six (6) months commencing from the date of MERZ’s first commercial use of the Recordings.
5. The Winner and his/her Mother for a period of six (6) months from the date of MERZ’s first commercial use of the Recordings, shall not be engaged in any advertisement and events of Merz’s competitors’ pharmaceutical products and medical devices.
6. Participant, winner or winner’s mother must not be pregnant or breastfeeding women.
7. The winner shall provide full disclosure of their own and their Mother’s health and medical conditions to the Organiser when contacted. The eligibility of the Winner and the Winner’s Mother to receive the Prize is subject to a medical professional’s advice on their suitability for the Ultherapy® treatment.
8. Organiser reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to, replace or alter the Prize or any part thereof without prior notice or reason to any party or assuming any liability to any party.
9. The winner and the winner’s mother are required to sign a consent and release form.
